This is one hell of a
hidden Netflix gem! I watched this movie a few years ago and finally
found it on instant. If your a fan of prison movies, character changes,
and human pee then you will love this! The cool thing about this movie is
it is based on actual events that happened in the 70s through an experiment at
Stanford University. There are about 20 people that sign up for a
psychological test with the outcome becoming pretty crazy. This is
actually a remake of a foreign film called Das Experiment which was equally
good and should be watched as well. Im a pretty big Adrien Brody fan and
he is really good, but I think Forest Whitaker steals the show. This is a
must watch, especially before you get into the prison experiment business.
FYI: Elijah Wood
was originally cast for the lead role but dropped out after just 3 days of
filming, thank God!!!
