The last time you were
awakened in bed in the middle of the night and you convinced yourself that it
was nothing, you were probably wrong. Here we have your traditional
wholesome family, well without the mother, and the daughter hates everyone, and
the Dad is kind of a looser, oh yea, and they have a dangerous ghost living in
the apartment. You know, typical story. Dont listen to the really
bad reviews, this movie rocked. I mean keep in mind that it is a low
budget supernatural horror film about a ghost, but it really was great.
Most of the movies that come out like this anymore are cheesy or have a
so called unique twist that turns out to be corny and stupid. Not this
one, it integrated the personal trials of this broken family's life along with
an entity infiltrating their existence that is truly creepy. This really
is a hidden Netflix gem for those who are intrigued by paranormal type movies.
I suggest watching this with your kids and in the middle of the night
wake them up by screaming in their closet!
FYI: Get this,
the opening weekend of this movies release it only played on one screen and
made a whopping $256!!!!
